Maverick is a special dog that found a place in all of our hearts here at TLC Pet Hospital. We saw him frequently due to various health conditions but even though he had numerous tests, was given a long list of medications and had to stay in the hospital often, he was always the sweetest and most cooperative patient. 

Here's a little story his owner shared with us:

Mav has had quite a struggle with his health issues since he was a young pup, so we have learned to make the most of the good days. Long walks are always great to visit all of the surrounding smells and wildlife. He's very loving and mellow, and he always has to be wherever his human counterpart happens to be.

I had heard the term "furbaby" and I always found it fitting and entertaining, but Maverick has brought a whole new meaning to the term for me and is very much part of the family. He has brought much love, laughter, and many smiles to my life.
