Important changes to Health certificate requests
At Logue's TLC Pet Hospital, we are committed to providing timely and accurate health papers for your animals. As we enter the busy Texas sales season, we are experiencing a significant increase in requests for health papers for pigs, with many of these requests being submitted at the last minute. To continue providing accurate and timely service for all our clients, we are implementing the following requirements.
- All health paper requests must be submitted at least 48 hours (2 business days) before they are needed. This will ensure that every certificate is completed accurately and in compliance with state regulations.
- All requests must be submitted online using our Health Certificate Request Form at: https://www.tlcpethospital.com/request-for-health-certificate.html. Submitting requests through the online form ensures we receive all of the information to process your paperwork as quickly and accurately as possible. Note: Information received through text message will NOT be accepted or processed.
This additional processing time allows our veterinary team to:
- Complete all required documentation.
- Ensure paperwork meets all state and interstate travel requirements.
- Provide the high level of service and accuracy that our clients expect.
We understand that schedules can change, and we will always do our best to accommodate urgent situations if/when possible. However, due to the high volume of requests during this season, we cannot guarantee same-day or next-day health certificates.
If you have questions concerning your health paper, please call or text Abbey Swope at (765) 973-8703. Additionally, please do not text Dr. Jeff Logue regarding health paper requests! Dr. Logue spends much of his day traveling between farms and appointments, and texting him will delay the processing of your request. Using the online request form is the fastest and most efficient way to ensure your paperwork is received and completed in a timely manner.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. By planning ahead, submitting your request online, and providing a minimum of 48 hours notice (2 business days), you will help us serve you - and all of our clients - more efficiently.
