It's time for our Annual Photo Contest to design our TLC Calendar for 2023!

We are now accepting photo entries until June 27, 2022 for our Calendar Photo Contest. We will choose 12 winners to be featured in our printed calendar for 2023 and the top 3 photos will receive prizes!
Please read and follow the Contest Rules below before submitting your pet's photo.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation of the contest rules.

1. ALL photos must be submitted through the Photo Contest Entry Form on this page.
2. Photos must be a .jpg or .png file.
3. Photos need to be of Great Quality - not blurry or small.
4. Photos MUST be in landscape format. This is due to the design process of our calendar. Photos that are not in landscape format will not fit our calendar template and can not be used.
5. There will be 12 winning photos selected to be featured in our 2023 TLC Calendar!
6. Only 1 entry per pet! Multiple pets from the same family may be entered; but only 1 photo per pet.
7. Deadline for entries is Monday, June 27, 2022. No entries will be accepted after this date.
8. Contest is open to the public! Anyone can enter photos. However, all prizes and calendars must be picked up in person at the clinic.
9. Photos must be of pets only - Sorry, no humans!
10. Photos must not show any pets being harmed.
11. ALL photos received during this contest will become the property of Logue's TLC Pet Hospital, LLC and may be used in marketing avenues such as Facebook, clinic website, and in-house media, etc. Photos will also be uploaded to your pets' hospital medical record!
12. Winners will be contacted via telephone once al votes have been counted.
