Microchipping

Did you know that 1 in 3 pets will go missing in their lifetime? Without proper ID, up to 90% of those lost pets will never return home.

What would you do if your pet went missing?
Thankfully there is a way to make sure your dog or cat can find their way back home. With a quick visit to the vet office you can provide your pet with a permanent form of identification. This microchip, which is smaller than a grain of rice, is implanted just under your pets skin. Implanting the microchip is simple and similar to administering a routine vaccination. They do not hurt your pet and are more reliable than a collar or tag since they cannot be lost or fall off.

There are many different companies that offer microchip services for your pets. We work directly with HomeAgain to ensure your pets microchip is registered with your information in their National Pet Recovery Database.  Feel free to call the office with any questions, or visit www.homeagain.com to learn more and Get the Facts About Microchipping.
