Payment is expected in full at the time of service.
Thank you for choosing Logue's TLC Pet Hospital for your pets' medical needs. Our goal is to provide each patient with the highest standard of medical care and each pet parent with exceptional customer service. We believe in offering each pet parent the best treatment option for their pet and provide several different payment options to help manage the cost of treatment in a way that works best for them. We do our best to provide quality medical care to our patients while respecting the pet parents budget. Additional Payment Policies:
- Payment is expected at the time of services.
- New Clients are required to leave a deposit to schedule an appointment.
- In the event of a No-Show - the appointment deposit will be processed as a No-Show Fee.
- There is a $20.00 fee for any returned check.
- A deposit will be required for all hospitalized patients. No less than 50% of treatment estimate.
- Clients with Pet Insurance: we will be happy to provide you with additional copies of your invoices to submit your insurance claims.
